PAN
ORIGINAL & SPICY:
To thaw the wheat flour cakes, either soak them in warm water for 3-5 minutes or refrigerate them for an hour. Using a large saucepan, bring 300ml of water and the sauce packet contents to a
boil.
Once boiling, add the wheat flour cakes to the water and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. After the cakes are fully cooked, reduce the heat to low and let them
simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.
OIL:
Thaw the rice cakes by soaking in warm water for 3,5 minutes or refrigerating for one hour.
After thawing, rinse the rice cakes with cold water to separate them and ensure they are well-dehydrated. Heat oil in a pan, add the dried rice cakes, and fry until golden for 3,5 minutes in
a medium heat, stirring frequently. Once golden, add the sauce and continue frying for 1 minute.
